Snacks Galore will continue to return for credit any product not accepted at time of delivery. After delivery, our credit and return policy is limited within certain guidelines.

Products are returnable for full credit only when they are in the original package unopened, free of markings or damage,
Should a product present a defect or not meet expected quality standards Customer Service in Snacks Galore should be contacted for guidance. At Snacks Galore, we are dedicated to providing the finest Hawaii snacks, and the peace of mind and service you expect and depend upon.
Customer is responsible for any shipping fees for return delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days to fulfill orders. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Since we ship with Fedex, we cannot ship to PO Box address, please use a physical address as your delivery address. We are shipping out US Mainland orders only Monday thru Wednesdays. If order comes in from Thursday thru Sundays, we will ship out on Monday.
